New seminars starting, meeting once a week for five weeks, two each week. These classes are based on the unique approach of the Center for Mind Body Medicine in Washington, D.C. and are a powerful and effective combination of research-based self care and self awareness techniques to help deal with life changes, stress, pain and illness in a relaxed group setting. You’ll learn scientifically proven mind-body techniques that are used in hospitals, medical schools, and private practice in the US, and for trauma relief around the world. See FAQs here.

Your Facilitator
An accomplished architectural lighting engineer, Gina Vance worked in corporate, college and conference settings teaching architects, engineers, designers, and college students how to use existing technologies to accomplish their goals of creating efficient, effective and gratifying end results. Excruciating pain put her on a path of research that led to the successful application of the mind-body skills she teaches today. Gina writes, speaks, consults and mentor-guides for individuals, groups and institutions, teaching simple ways to make practical use of the mind-body connection. YOU WILL RECEIVE CONFIRMATION OF YOUR REGISTRATION BY E-MAIL. If you don’t hear from us within a week of sending the fax or email, or ten days of sending your letter, please call or e-mail us to check that we have received it.
Refund policy: Participants who withdraw in writing one week before start date will receive a refund of the course fee, minus a $50 handling fee. In the event of cancellation by Gina Vance/Mind Body Skills, we will refund any registration fees paid to Gina Vance/Mind Body Skills. Such refund shall represent its entire liability to the registrant. Refunds will be given after the program’s first meeting date.
