Rates
All sessions are $200. First session is 2 hours; subsequent sessions 90 minutes - up to 2 hours if needed. Half session is $140 (60 min.); $100 for children (45 min.).
Our office does not process insurance payments, however, some clients obtain reimbursement for our services. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance, Medical Savings Account, or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per calendar year does my plan cover?
- How much does my plan cover for an out-of-network provider?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment
Cash, check and Visa and Mastercard cards accepted for payment. Or, you can pre-pay online at this site on "Make a Payment" page via PayPal with any credit card.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
